Abstract

Technology transfer is an important and fundamental category in improving the technology level of a country and is a complex and difficult process. Identifying factors affecting technology transfer and using digital transformation technologies to facilitate and accelerate the transfer process are important issues that can lead organizations to make more correct decisions in this field. Previous studies showed that technology transfer may be affected by various factors and reasons, and technology transfer mechanisms can be one of these important factors. It seems that technology transfer mechanisms can be an important factor for organizations in the process of technology transfer. Therefore, this study is based on a review of technology transfer models and the role of key factors in the success of the technology transfer process introduces a conceptual model to identify the effective factors in the technology transfer process for organizations.
