Abstract

Organizational documents, documents and knowledge are the main assets of companies, and the concern of protection and protection of technical knowledge and documents related to it, as well as how to access these documents and knowledge and their proper and practical use, is one of the most important issues for managers of organizations. Extracting knowledge is an important and necessary process in business intelligence because everything in the organization is based on it, from writing and reading skills to the most complex technologies being produced. In today's world, all organizations seek to acquire knowledge. Because by using this knowledge, things are done in the best way, in the least possible time and cost, and with the highest quality. The way that is considered in advanced societies now is to use information technology systems to manage the increasing amount of knowledge and Organizational documentation is the concept of managing and categorizing knowledge and documentation and expanding access to written knowledge and planning for future knowledge using modern digital systems.
