Keywords:
Innovation Challenges, failure of innovation, Digital innovationAbstract
Innovations in the digital age in economic, social and entrepreneurial development, as well as the application and underlying role of their services and products in the development of other industries, have welcomed and supported them. However, experience has shown that many attempts to use new and unknown innovations and technologies, especially by long-established companies, have led to serious failures for these companies, which have sometimes led to the complete collapse of the companies. Due to these complications, At the very beginning of the studies on the problems caused by innovation, researchers have tried to explain why pioneering and large companies experience failure, tension and even collapse when facing technological changes. For this purpose, researchers also focus on organizational and cultural reactions. They have delved into innovations and have focused on the ability of established and leading companies to adapt to new technologies, both of which have led to useful and acceptable results in their own way. In this chapter, the most important challenges are examined.
