Abstract

Currently, supply chain management is one of the important and fundamental issues of economic enterprises that affects all the activities of the organization in order to produce products and provide services. The existence of uncertainties, the increase of influencing factors in the supply chain and the more complex production systems have made it difficult for managers to achieve their goals. Supply chain risk management is one of the most important topics in today's business world, which helps to maintain the dynamics and effectiveness of a business's activities. In fact, a dynamic organization is an organization that can identify, analyze and evaluate existing risks and take steps to reduce them using effective strategies. In this chapter, the most important supply chain risks and how to deal with them are examined.
