Abstract

Smart agriculture is a modern way to produce clean and long-lasting food. With this method, the quality and quantity of the product increases, and at the same time, the necessary labor and energy consumption are reduced. When we talk about agriculture based on AIoT, we mean a system that uses embedded sensors to control agricultural land. These sensors collect all the necessary information for seed growth and crop production. Analyzing this data and creating a decision support system is the responsibility of the powerful artificial intelligence system in this smart technology. This technology is effective in all types of agricultural processes such as irrigation, control of seed growth, harvesting and all supply chain processes of this important industry. In this chapter, these capabilities will be explored.
